We are frequently available evenings and weekends--just a phone call away to answer your questions. We will confirm availability of your requested item and advise you of expected delivery dates. All Phone Orders are documented in which you will receive a copy of your transaction.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund (excluding Shipping and Handling fees).
Packages should be returned via a major delivery carrier. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.) All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please carefully repack your return items in their original packaging: including a copy of the invoice, shipping document (packing slip) and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
The package will require a Return Authorization Number in order to ship along with specific ship to address information. Returns and Exchanges ONLY via major delivery carrier:

Standard Delivery
With the exception of oversized items, you can expect delivery on in stock items via FEDEX Home Delivery or USPS Parcel Posts within 2-9 days from the time we receive your order. If items are temporarily out of stock, we will inform you immediately and advise availability / expected delivery date prior to processing the order. Our carriers require a street address. If you use a P.O. Box, shipping is by parcel post. Items ordered together do not always arrive together.

Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available for most items, using Express Delivery or Next Day Delivery. Please call 631-929-8388 to order and we will calculate the exact charge. Orders must be placed prior to 12:00PM (EST) Mon-Fri for same- day shipping. Please note: Some heavy or oversized items are not eligible for Express Delivery.
